Day 1 - THE ARRIVAL

Huomioita välilaskun ajalta Münchenin lentokentällä:

- Ilmainen lentokenttäkahvi, mutta se on laihaa ja maistuu vedeltä

- Ilmainen Wifi, mutta maksimiaika 30 min.

- Liukuportaat, pitkät välimatkat porteille

Ljubljanan keskustassa Spanski borci -teatterista poispäin kävellessä kulttuurinen huomio #1: Vanhat talot, joiden julkisivut repeilevät liitoksistaan. Surullisen näköistä.

In English:

I noticed few things while I was waiting for my flight at the Münich airport earlier today:

- Free coffee at the airport which is bad and tastes like water.

- Free Wifi, but only for 30 minutes.

- Escalators, but still long way from gate to another

Cultural notice during our city walk: Beautiful but sad looking old buildings which are falling apart.

On the way

Parin tunnin yöunilla matkaan. Todella rankkaa. Koneessakaan ei voinut kunnolla nukkua. Seuraavassa merkinnässä ollaankin jo luultavasti perillä. :)

Slept for few hours before had to wake up... I didn't even get to sleep well in the aircraft. Anyway, here's few pictures on and in between Finland and Slovenia. Next time the post will be about the arrival I hope. :)

Pakkaaminen suoritettu! Tällä kertaa se meni lähes kivuttomasti.

Tänään heräsin puoli 7, söin aamupalan ja porukat heittivät minut rautatieasemalle.

Ensi yönä tulee tuskin nukuttua hirveästi (jos menen edes nukkumaan). Suunnitelmien mukaan täytyy herätä jo kahdelta yöllä... Huhhuh. Onneksi koneessa voi nukkua. Välilasku on Münchenissä, jossa vietän muutaman tunnin ennen jatkolentoa Ljubljanaan.

Everything's in there, I think. Packing was rather painless this time. Yey :) 

I woke up at 6:30AM this morning, ate breakfast and my parents took me to the railway station.

Next night will be interesting... We must wake up at 2AM. Luckily I can sleep on the plane, If I can. Layover is in Munich. I'll spend there for few hours before connecting flight to Ljubljana.

Matkakuumetta - Few more days

Ennen reissuun lähtöä on aika hengähtää hetki. Käyn pyörähtämässä kotona ja tarkistan, että kaikki tarvittava on mukana matkalle lähtöä varten. Vanhempani tulevat hakemaan minut ja tavarani tänään.

Viivyn Kuopiossa kaksi yötä. Sisko tulee lauantaisaunaan. Sunnuntaina matkaan poikaystäväni luokse, joka sitten heittää minut maanantaiaamuna Helsinki-Vantaan lentokentälle. Jännittävää, mutta toisaalta hieman surullista.

In English: 

It's time to take a little break before departuring. I will go and check my luggages that I have all things that I need.

My parents will pick me and my stuff today. I'll stay in my hometown Kuopio for two nights. My sister comes for sauna on Saturday. On Sunday I'm traveling to my boyfriend who drives me to Helsinki-Vantaa airport early in Monday morning. Exciting, but kinda sad..
